At ArshiMize, we strive to deliver the best quality products. We offer a 7-Day Return & Replacement Policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• Mandatory Requirement: An unboxing video is required to claim a replacement for damaged or missing items.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or ArshiMize Wallet.

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, a refund link will be sent to your registered email/mobile, or the amount can be added to your ArshiMize Wallet for instant future use.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
